Free bitesize workshops..
The University has put together a series of interesting and relevant workshops for creative practitioners. We are working with some key partners to deliver these sessions every Friday morning from 10 - 12.30pm. There's something for everyone.....
Free Music Industry/Events Training
Coming up from September 2008, an opportunity to pick up some funded training to support career development in the Music Industry and in Curation or Event Management.
The University of Bedfordshire is running four free short courses in:
- Black Music and the Politics of the Music Industry
- Cultural and Creative Events
- Art Management and Entrepreneurship
- Essentials of the Creative Professional
You can do all four courses and earn a University Certificate or a standalone programme. The courses run over two weeks for three days each week and are part of the ESF funded Roots to Carnival project.
